 Hill Station Charges (Extra Charges per hill)

Applicable for travel to hill stations like Kodaikanal, Ooty, Munnar, etc.

Note:

• Hill station charges are applicable in addition to the regular rental tariff.
• These charges cover additional wear-and-tear, steep driving conditions, and increased fuel consumption on ghat roads.
• Parking and entry fees at hill stations are not included and are payable directly by the customer

Taxi Hire – Terms and Conditions 

 1. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made in advance through phone, email, or our official website.
• Booking is confirmed only upon receiving  a confirmation message/email from our team.

2. Billing and Payment

• Rates include driver charges (Batta).
• Toll, parking, interstate permits, and entry fees are not included and must be borne by the customer.
• For outstation trips, kilometres are calculated from garage to garage (starting and ending at Madurai shed).
• Minimum chargeable: 100 km/day.
• Extra km will be charged at the agreed rate per km.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No cancellation charges if cancelled before  48 hours of the scheduled departure.
• 50% cancellation charge if cancelled  between 24 to 48 hours.
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled trip.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Driver and Vehicle

• Our drivers are well-trained and  courteous, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.
• Vehicles are clean, serviced, and sanitized before each trip.
• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Events

• We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, natural calamities, strikes, break down or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for the safety  of their belongings.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the customer.

7. Local City Rides

• Local city hire is subject to hourly or  km-based packages.
• Extra hours or extra kilometers beyond  the agreed limit will be charged additionally.
